Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract occur when we send you an order confirmation email.

  • Shipping Methods:
    • Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): $12.95 flat fee. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
    • Free Shipping (EMS): Available on orders over $50. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery Areas: We ship globally but are currently unable to deliver to parts of Asia and a few select remote regions.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by incorrect address information or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, natural events).

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Eligibility Window: Returns/exchanges must be requested within 15 days of you receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in pristine condition, and in their original packaging with all documentation.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, Eye Masks and Drinking Glasses are final sale. All clearance or significantly discounted items are also final sale.
  • Process: You must contact us at [email protected] for an RMA number before returning any item.
  • Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
